We will pick the best 5 rolls and submit it to our panel of expert sushi chefs. They will then try making the finalists' ideas and rate the rolls based on factors such as flavor, creativity and practicality.
The BEST sushi roll will be added to our restaurant menu in honor of you. Also, one of our sushi chefs will prepare the roll and you can enjoy it on the house.
