We went into the archives for this week’s special. The Mega Crunch has sweet potato tempura, fried calamari, cream cheese, and avocado inside. It is rolled with crunch on the outside. And we use sweet eel sauce and a dot of sriracha sauce on each bite. Hope to see you soon!

Chef Zack suggested we try and use smoked salmon as an ingredient for this week’s roll. So we did. And we’re quite happy with the outcome. Inside we put spicy krab mix, cucumber, and avocado. Topped with smoked salmon, spicy mayo, and bonito flakes. A little spice kick and a little salty smoke flavor as well. [...]
