Chef Zack suggested we try and use smoked salmon as an ingredient for this week’s roll. So we did. And we’re quite happy with the outcome. Inside we put spicy krab mix, cucumber, and avocado. Topped with smoked salmon, spicy mayo, and bonito flakes. A little spice kick and a little salty smoke flavor as well. Credit goes to Scotty for naming the roll. Come try one this week!
