We went into the archives for this week’s special. The Mega Crunch has sweet potato tempura, fried calamari, cream cheese, and avocado inside. It is rolled with crunch on the outside. And we use sweet eel sauce and a dot of sriracha sauce on each bite. Hope to see you soon!

Chef Zack suggested we try and use smoked salmon as an ingredient for this week’s roll. So we did. And we’re quite happy with the outcome. Inside we put spicy krab mix, cucumber, and avocado. This week we’re featuring the Surf’s Up Roll. Let’s save ourselves the agony of using adjectives like “gnarly” and “tubular” and get right to the ingredients. Inside is deep fried surf clam strips, krab, cucumber and avocado. It is topped with cooked shrimp, thin sliced lemon and ponzu sauce. This roll tastes delicious, bro.
