This week we’re featuring the Surf’s Up Roll. Let’s save ourselves the agony of using adjectives like “gnarly” and “tubular” and get right to the ingredients. Inside is deep fried surf clam strips, krab, cucumber and avocado. It is topped with cooked shrimp, thin sliced lemon and ponzu sauce. This roll tastes delicious, bro.

One of our regulars turns 50 this weekend. We wanted to help him celebrate the big event with our new roll, the “1961″. Inside is soft shell crab, spicy tuna, krab mix, avocado, cucumber and two pieces of cooked shrimp. The roll is cut into 6 pieces and is lightly drizzled with spicy mayo sauce. [...]
